SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi, You have to give it as suggested by your paediatrician as a top feed.Firstly you need to breastfeed and then give Similac as a top feed always. Four month baby will take around 120 ML of milk once in every two hours. So depending on the breast milk quantity you need to give the top feed.
