mam ,it happens because of nutritional deficiencies or we can say hormonal changes
please take Healthy and nutritious diet
especially iron and calcium rich food items more
you can take such supplements as per your doctor's prescription
avoid drinking RO water
apply coconut oil daily on your hair
use mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder for washing your hair
