Am currently breast feeding my new born.Is it ok to give the expressed milk to 3 yr old toddler.

A. Hello dear parent! As long as you are comfortable and your baby is comfortable you can definitely do that. At the same time above one year completion you can start giving outside milk like cow milk or buffalo milk to your baby. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
