Q.

am breastfeeding my 7 month old baby...milk supply has dripped overnight...not sure what happened...how do I rebuild milk supply...baby is not accepting infant formula milk...

A. more you breastfeed more will be the milk supply. foods like methi, green leafy vegetables, tree gum or gond, dill leaves or shepu, garden cress seeds, saunth, garlic intake can help increase the milk supply.
