Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. Consult a lactation specialist. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk the better milk supply. Good luck and take care
