Am a mother of 6 months old baby am feeding, but am having too much of hair fall and am becoming lean please let me know what should I eat

You get a thyroid test done for yourself if you are losing weight at a faster level then it could be due to thyroid also and secondly hair fall is mostly very common due to post partum you can go ahead with taking iron supplements for that and consult a dermatologist as wellWrite Your Answer Here
