Q.

Am a mother of 3month baby boy... At what time I can start my proper diet because now am feeding him. so food is must needed..

A. Hello mom you can have regular foods now but just be mindful of what you eat as whatever you consume have a direct effect on the baby health . So have easy to digest foods and also avoid gas forming foods and mild on spices as too much high spiced foods and oily foods can cause tummy issues
