Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

Hello You can ask your doctor if you can start doing basic yoga exercises because that is what is going to hell and leaving your back pain also there are beds which will support your back when you are pregnant so if you want you can start using them but every day you have to ask your doctor first and then you decide
