Am 3 months baby mother my weight increasing day by day how to reduce my weight can I do exercise

A. dear mum, you can definitely begin to do exercise. for weight loss, you should eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat sugar and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods. good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources don't skip breakfast.have good water intake at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps in losing weight.
