Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 4 m old girl4 years agoA. hi yes it happens because of engorgement which is caused by excess milk production. please wear loose fitting Cotton clothes. keep your body well hydrated. try warm compress or take hot shower to get relief in pain. express milk through hands or breastpump or try to offer plenty of feeds.
