am 26 week twin pregnant please suggest foods

A. hii...You do not have to eat too much; as long as you maintain a strict and healthy diet you will be okay. Keep your weight in check. Opt for healthy snacks like baby carrots, cherry tomatoes and a hummus dip or a trail mix of different kinds of nuts to which you can add a few dark chocolate chips and dried fruits.
