Use a soft cushion while sitting and avoid sitting or standing for long time and take hot water bag and gently apply a mix of two Ayurvedic oils for faster relief first mahanarayan tail and mahavishgarbha tail or if none of them is available the start using sesame oil for application and fomentation other sand helps to relieve pain like bring sand and warm it on tawa and make a potli and gently apply it around the pain area
