am 10weeks pregnant I have breast tenderness and pain,nipples itching. . is this common during pregnancy?

It is not very common during pregnancy but yes some pregnant woman suffer with this. There are very rare and different symptoms in every pregnancy. And you should not worry about it if there is not any sort of discharge from your nipples. Then everything is fine.
