always my baby is looking lean giving all kind of veg fruits as well as nuts and grains but still less weight and lean, pooping 6 to 7 times per day

Also give proteins to the child they are not there as you mentioned a diet but proteins are not there please give proteins and if the child is pooping instantly or within 30 minutes of eating the food that means the body is not registering the food it’s a problem of digestion so in any ways this case I would recommend you to consult your doctor
