# almosylt 40 days completed for my delivery and still facing pain in stiches since it was my normal delivery. pls advise how can get rid of this pain..since i have to do normal house work.

dhwaniMom of 2 children2 years agoA. you just consult your doctor for fast recovery it will not take two much time it will be normal within 2 months but just take care of few things which affect it

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi mam,it takes time around 6 months but to get recovery faster , please take supplements as per your doctor's prescription take Healthy and nutritious diet keep your self well hydrated wear loose fitting Cotton clothes avoid frequent bending , don't sit or stand for long period take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
