Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. they are known fontanelle and they will close by 15 months to 18 months of age and usually they do not require any type of treatment but at the same time you have to rule out any nutritional deficiency which will lead to delayed closure
