Hi dear first you go to doctor and check temperature simultaneously .Give your doc prescriped medication and doses .Then also fever is persists consult your doctor again .I am given my son p250 when he had fever but you should consult your doctor.Heavy fever is not normal for kids and elders

monitor the temperature at regular intervals..
keep baby well hydrated.. as water helps in maintaining body temperature..
consult the doctor if fever persists..
