Q.
Ahan will be 6 months old very soon... I wanted to start Bajra porridge for him.... can I put jaggery?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. Bajra is very heavy in this age so don’t give it under the age of one year to the child and yes you cannot add jaggery into the food whatever you are giving jaggery is considered totally safe to be given to the child from the age of six months onwards
