Then you have to talk to your child to make your child understand that how unhealthy and unhygienic it is that you poop in your pants or you don’t inform us because it can lead to infections it’s very unhealthy and unhygienic for a mother to clean the motion like this with regular counselling only things will get better but there’s no other way to train your child or explain this is not a good habit
