RashmiMom of a 11 yr 5 m old girl1 Year agoA. Thermophob you can apply but prior to that you should keep some ice cube or cold pack onto that area and after that you apply this tube you can do it 3 to 5 times in the day that is going to be helpful in settling down the swelling
