agar meri hemoglobin label kam ho to kya wo breast milk k upar sarar karta hai? meri beti 3 month 21 day's k hai..wo breast feeding karti hai kewal...meri milk puri pani sa patli horahi..kya is se uski growth pe kuch asar ho sakti hai...ab uski weight hai 5.2...uski birth weight thi 2.6..

A. if you are having less hemoglobin take a healthy diet which is very important here thereafter you can consult with your doctor and get further suggestions regarding the query to clear all your doubts in proper way which would be helpful here .
