Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with crdecongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest.
As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .

U Can give steam to your child indirectly apart from that also you can use nasal drops into three times into the nose of your child because that will help in opening up the nose blockage in Paris and it will be easier for your child to breathe properly after that so this is something that you can do apart from medications
