RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl4 weeks agoA. Thermophob would be a better choice for you to use prior to that keep an ice cube on that area which will help me in reducing swelling and after that you can apply this too because it is Dr recommended which would be right for you to use for the skin
