A. month by month he or she must gain 1 kg for each month

A. You can measure a baby's weight every month once they turn 1 year old because after that there is no much change in their weight, yes but yearly it could increase by 2-2.5 kg then it is said to be normal growth

A. Its Not practically every month basis if your child gains a minimum of 2 KG every year then that’s considered quite good it can be more than 2 KG butter minimum 2 KG is definitely consider a very good weight gain
