After the second c sec delivery when when navel will go inside again?????

A. you need to reduce your exercise coming fat only then the navel will go inside so stop following proper schedule to reduce your tummy fat you can do crunches or leg raising exercise

A. for me c sec had done before 2months with family planning surgery navel still popped out and when can I start doing exercises as you said crunches exercise???
