after the routine vaccination for child of 6 weeks, how long the fever remains, if fever is on and off after 4 days of vaccination, what is the reason??

yes , sometimes it can lasts up to 4 days.
but after that it subside by own.
and if your child is having it more than 4 days and temperature remains same 100f or above ,you should consult your pediatrician.
