After taking iron drops (trifer - 0.5ml) my baby tongue turned to red color and it last for 3 to 4 days. From last 3 days his tongue appears as he is suffering from oral thrush. His age is 4 months and weight is 7 kg. Please suggest me to get rid of.

A. in the first place you should stop completely giving iron drops to the baby second I would recommend that you should try to wash the mouth very properly and clean the tongue with a soft muslin cloth
