after pregnancy I am suffering from much back pain suggest any mdcn or treatment?

The pain will be there due to hormonal changes and it will take even after one year for them to reduce and use pillows while sleeping and sitting to support and also a pregnancy belt and if you want you can do some stretching exercisesWrite Your Answer Here

If you are a lactating mother then you should take any medication till it is not advised my doctor because it is not safe so consult with your doctor about it
