That’s actually a very horrible thing associated with deliveries called postpartum here for which maximum women go through so you can take iron and supplement make sure to have a nutritious diet plenty of fluids and you should apply coconut and onion oil basically you can find a recipe online how to prepare it and also you can either just go for chemical free shampoo that also is going to be very good
