Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Make sure that your breasts are drained completely. After your baby has finished eating, you can use Philips Avent Manual Breast Pump to ensure that your breast milk is completely drained.
For cracked nipples, express some breast milk after every feed, apply this on the nipples, air dry. Wear comfortable clothing. Maybe the milk duct can be blocked. Sucking action of baby is the most effective remedy.
