Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should bgye gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

Apply bio oil or mederma stretch marks cream on the marks.
This will help to reduce the appearance of the marks by fading them away.
Apply it daily for best results.
Stretch marks will take time to fade.

start with the exercise after six months of delivery to reduce belly fat
Then u can do yoga,cycling jogging etc
