Q.
after normal delivery there is a round like something like we called in Hindi gosh meat...and painful to walk.. to sit..is there any problem?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. it may be internal organs which come outside after delivery due to prolapse if you have not taken proper rest after delivery and If in case you have started exercise please reduce heavy workout and do kegels exercise
