after normal delivery is belt will reduce the tummy. otherwise give the solution to reduce tummy.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good evening I would recommend you to ensure that you are wearing a belt at all times after the delivery it will help to reduce the belly but it is effective after c section in a normal delivery you can start exercising after a couple of months
