after my delivery my stomach is very loose now 8 th month complete my c section how to recover

A. do strength training. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust hersee more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. hi mam, you should start doing abdominal exercises like abdominal crunches, flutter kicks, swimming etc you can also do yogasana like bhujangasana , halasana , matsyasan or do pranayam like kapalbhati,anulom vilom pranayam which will definitely help. avoid taking processed oily spicy food
