after my delivery my hair loss has increased. please give me some advice for this .

That’s common to see postpartum hair fall I’m going to recommend you to apply a good amount of hair oil where you can make a onion coconut oil at home by following a recipe applied every day if if you want applied alternate day or you can do one day you can apply oil and the other day you can just apply plain onion juice keep it for half an hour and wash it and also take iron and omega supplements and a healthy diet
