After my daughter's birth, my son has started feeling insecure. He just wants me to drop my daughter and look after him. Even after me holding him, making him sit in my lap, hez constantly crying and asking me to come. How can I overcome this?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy9 months agoA. Hello mam. It is common in babies to feel insecure with the birth of the new child. Please try to give attention to both the babies. Also make the elder child feel that the baby is his or her sister and he needs to play with the baby. Try to make a bond between the two children , tell the elder child that the second child has come to accompany him once the baby feels emotionally connected with the second child, your problems will be solved.
