take Homemade freshly cooked food only
take natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
chew mint leaves with pinch of salt and two drops of ginger juice daily in morning

it is ok to get periods
but to cure or get relief in back and stomach pain ,here I suggest some remedies:
for back pain:
don't sit or stand for long period
take support while sitting and place pillow between your legs while sleeping.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
try heating pad like Babyhug heating pad to get relief in back pain
