A. Thank you for sharing your concerns about your baby's feeding and sleep patterns. It's common for babies to have different sleep patterns during the day and night, and it's possible that your baby may need more milk during the night to feel satisfied. However, a 30 ml milk supply after 4 hours of one breastfeed is within the normal range.
As for the quantity of milk a 45-day-old baby takes, it can vary depending on the baby's weight, appetite, and feeding frequency. Generally, a baby at this age may need around 2 to 4 ounces of milk per feeding, but it's best to consult with your pediatrician for personalized recommendations.
Babies typically need feeding every 2 to 3 hours, which adds up to around 8 to 12 feedings per day. It's important to pay attention to your baby's hunger cues and feed them on demand.
As for pooping, it's normal for babies to poop around 4 times a day, but it can vary from baby to baby. As long as your baby is producing wet and dirty diapers regularly, it's a good sign that they are getting enough milk. Keep up the good work and don't hesitate to reach out to your pediatrician if you have any concerns.

A. stool is normal
in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also.
the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking feeding.
meet the doctor for weight assessment.
if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate milk intake.
if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequency of the child
