Q.

After my baby completes 6months which solid food should I initially start with? I have heard parents complaining about baby's not taking non sweet food like dal kichdi or mashed boiled vegetables in which salt cannot be added, how can I avoid that?

A. Starts with liquid diet like Moong Daal paani or rice kangi. give it for once in a day. follow three day rule. If it takes well than gradually you can introduce fruits and vegetables puree, and increase consistency.Babies doesn't know sweet or salt taste unless we introduce it. So do not worry the food is bland. non tasty.
