Q.
after my 2 nd delivery I got trouble while swallowing food sometimes and also nasal congestion...what the reason behind it..? or any treatment required

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. Hi mom No specific reason for this.. just relax urself while eating food ,do not eat food in a hurry or while standing. secondly to get relief from nasal congestion take steam 2 3 times a day for few days.
