after how many months of speech therapy a child can talk ..and how useful it is??

A. hi your baby is 3 year old now there is no fix duration of speech therapy that shall prove successful you need to assess his language periodically and see how he communicate

A. my son says mama dadda all alphabets, numbers till 20 , animals , sounds of animals, trys to repeat few words sometimes and sings few rhymes but not with proper pronunciation recognise them all
