Q.

after giving 6 week vaccines my baby's stool consistency is changed it contains more water.is it normal?

A. there is no relation for the vaccine you are taking and the stool consistency of the baby if you are giving the baby only mothers feeding do not worry about the frequency and consistency of the stool
