after feeding baby moves to sleep and within 1 hour it get motion out.. I need to know the reason

in this phenomena the child is having semi solid tof solid stool after every episode of of food / milk intake.
if the growth / weight gain of the child is proper there is no need to worry abxout this phenomena.
usually this phenomena decreases with increasing age of the child
