after feed holding baby in upright position for 20 mins , can make the baby sleep on stomach?

A. See If you have just fed the child and kept on shoulder for 20 minutes do not make your child sleep on stomach because if the stomach presses your child can end up vomiting after that so it would be better that you know just make your child sleep on the side posture or on the back but not on them
