after every feeding baby is vomiting milk a lot?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist6 months agoA. dear mum , vomit is common n normal burp baby after every feed burp in sitting pisition is more effective keep baby in upright position for sometime after feeding if 24 hr urine output , wt gain is normal active baby then dont worry
