Follow proper skincare routine see it because of hormonal changes to the body the skin gets affected quite a lot with a lot of women so to maintain that it is the best thing that you maintain a proper skincare routine by cleansing toning and moisturising and also if it suits you then you can go ahead with applying vitamin E capsule on to your face every night before you go to sleep and start taking omega three
