Q.

after delivery of 10months my weight still not reduced 60kg only. at the time of delivery I was 62kg. now I have joined my office also but weight remains same. before I was 49kg

A. Dear mum, for weight loss eat mindfully and reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged food. have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources. don't skip breakfast and have good water intake. at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily. have an active lifestyle. Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps in weight loss. have a positive frame of mind and achieve weight loss by persistent and motivated efforts.
