Q.

After delivery, now back pain is more visible, sitting or waking up, even after sleeping, back pain is visible, what should be done for this?

A. just take your supplements regularly and you can try some inclined pillows for back rest while sitting or feeding the baby. they are very comfortable

A. After a surgery if you had a delivery by surgery these kind of things can be commonly seen with women due to epidural given into their spine so currently since you cannot exercise you can check with your doctor what kind of painkiller can you take or if there’s anything that you can apply onto the factory area to reduce down the pain and also you can take any good painkiller from time to time if needed
