Q.

After delivery my tummy is looks like I am 6 month pregnant. My baby is now 4 months old. Can I follow High Intensity exercise? Please advise.

A. If you had a vaginal delivery then yes you can do but make sure that you don’t overwork yourself because even though it will be feeling like you’re doing well there might not be that much energy. If you had a cesarean surgery then wait for at least six months after surgeryWrite Your Answer Here

A. See If you go ahead with any kind of exercise and that too high intensity then you will probably lose your way but will also lose breastfeeding that you are giving to the child there is some time that you’ll have to wait for till the time your child is completely dependent on you after that you can go ahead with exercising and dieting no issues
