Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi apply little pressure on your legs skin ,if skin stays in pressured position,it means it is swelling. please don't sit or stand for long period don't sit with hanging your legs. do gentle massage on legs in upward direction
